Return to Calm

Six weeks to develop practices you can easily integrate and embody calm into your day

Return to Calm is a gentle 6-week journey back to yourself — an opportunity to slow down, breathe and discover a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and connection that you can carry with you every day.

Perhaps you are tired.
Perhaps life has become very full.
Perhaps you would simply like to make some space for yourself.
Perhaps something in this work has resonated with you.
There is no pressure and no expectation that you already know where you belong.

What we explore

Across six weeks, we explore breath, movement, and meditation as practical tools to:

Some practices may take ten minutes or less. Others may invite you deeper.
There is no requirement to do everything.
The intention is to discover what is useful for you.

Six weeks

Six sessions.
Two hours each.
A deliberately intimate group.
There is time to practise.
Time to ask questions.
Time to explore.
And time to discover practices you can take home with you.

Next Return to Calm Program

Is this for you?

You don't need prior knowledge or experience.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to know how to meditate.
And you don't need to arrive feeling calm.
You simply need a willingness to pause and explore.
You don't need to become someone else.
You can begin by coming back to yourself.

Return to Calm may be particularly suited to you if life has become busy, if you feel disconnected from yourself, or if you would like to develop practical ways of working with your breath, body and attention to integrate calm into your daily life.
You can begin exactly where you are.

The deeper intention

When we begin to recognise what is happening within us, we create more space, we have more possibility.
Rather than automatically reacting, we can begin to pause.
To breathe.
To notice.
To choose.
This doesn't mean life stops having challenges.
It means we may become better resourced to meet and respond to them.
Return to Calm is an invitation to develop that capacity.

What you will take with you

My hope is that you leave with more than an experience.
I want you to leave with knowledge.
With practices you understand, that work for you.
And with a greater sense of what supports you.
Something you can return to on an ordinary Tuesday morning.
At the end of a demanding day.
Before sleep.
Or whenever you notice you need to come back to yourself.
